Iraa Cares is a Pakistani skincare brand built from the ground up for Pakistani women. Our climate, our water, our skin — they are not footnotes. They are the brief.

Why we exist

Most skincare wasn’t designed for you.

Walk into any pharmacy or scroll through any beauty platform and you’ll find shelves stacked with products formulated for skin in Seoul, Los Angeles, or London. They promise results. They rarely deliver here.

Pakistani skin deals with hard water, intense sun, humidity spikes, and dry winters. It needs real solutions, not repackaged imports. Iraa Cares was founded to change that. We set out to create a skincare range that is clean, clinically grounded, and built for the realities of everyday life in Pakistan.

We are not a luxury brand. We are not a cheap alternative. We are a brand that believes effective skincare should be accessible to every woman who wants it.

We launched with 18 to 22 products spanning every step of a thoughtful skincare routine. Whether you are building a routine for the first time or refining one you have had for years, our range has a place in it.

We built iraa.pk with Pakistan in mind from day one. That means cash on delivery because we know how trust works here. It means delivery across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, and hundreds of cities beyond. It means WhatsApp ordering because that is how people actually shop.

It also means Urdu. Our site is built with bilingual readiness because not everyone reads their skincare in English and they should not have to.
